Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) enforcement actions declined 94 percent since the Obama administration. How do advocates secure environmental safety for poor communities and communities of color amidst so much corporate immunity? How do you spot environmental risks in your community? How do we build enforcement plans using existing regulations to overcome environmental threats? What tools do we still have to confront our damaged environment and shrinking economy? The leaders of different environmental projects will share their personal experiences engaging communities in decision-making processes for sustainable community development, initiating advocacy and increasing funding from private foundations.
